Love Tuner
Recently , I fell sucker to an online Facebook advertisement for a groovy company , thegrommet.com ( worth checking out! ). Actually, it was a more specific product target for a mediation and yoga tool called The Love Tuner ( I acknowledge that this means they have my search engine habits down !) . Sucker!
I am unapologetically , a sucker for LOVE. And this is a good time, now, for all of us, to come back to love and let love govern .
Your 4th Chakra, Anahata, governs the innate truth that we are all bound together and connected. The vast expanding "center" that brings the lower chakras up to meet the light. How vast? Note this diagram below of what HMI calls "Domains of Resilience" . Heart coherence is far more valuable than a simple absence of disease to truly understand human health. These particular descriptors stand out to me :
1. Incorporate multiple points of view 2. Emotional flexibility 3. Self Regulation 4. Spiritual flexibility 5. Tolerance of others values and beliefs
