This 5 week series integrates and weaves several fortifying yoga methods to provide each student with practical skills to deepen their understanding of Living Anatomy. Physically rewarding, Mindfully rejuvenating, Spiritually uplifting. ALL LEVELS. Vin/Yin, Yin Yoga, Iyengar inspired Yoga, Yoga Wall, Restoratives. Class includes an organic lavender eye pillow for participants to keep.
