She's the ONE

Ahhhh…. This woman excites the hell out of me. Whip smart , funny and a devoted yoga student of life. Her physical practice is a musical song and she’s got teaching chops to boot. Lucky, lucky me that Lesley is assisting the Goddesses next year in Baja.

I began practicing and studying yoga 18 years ago. For me, yoga is best path into introspection, contemplation and meditation, which I need to recharge my energy, renew my drive and recover from the scrapes and bruises of life. After working for 17 years as a professional public interest advocate and nonprofit executive, I turned my attention to teaching yoga full time in 2015 in order to share the skills of yoga with frontline community-based workers in policy and advocacy, social services, education and art, and other vital sectors. I teach and practice Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga for full spectrum nourishment of your physical, spiritual and mental self. I am Yoga Alliance certified at the 500 hour level (RYT 500) and currently in training to earn Level 1 Trauma Yoga teaching certification through the Gracetree Foundation.”
